[Blister molding requirements for materials]]:

1. Plastic forming can only produce products with uniform wall thickness (generally slightly thinner at the chamfer), and can not produce plastic products with great differences in wall thickness.

2. The wall thickness of blister molding is generally in the range of 1 to 2mm or thinner (the most common thickness of blister packaging sheets for small packages is 0.15 to 0.25mm)

3. The stretching degree of plastic molding products is limited to a certain extent, and the diameter-to-depth ratio of plastic containers molded by plastic molding is generally not more than 1, and in extreme cases, it shall not exceed 1.5.

The dimensional accuracy of plastic molding is poor, and its relative error is generally above 1%.
